10년 7개월 끝에 시·청각장애인의 영화관람권에 대한 대법원판결이 나왔습니다. 대법원은 영화관이 화면해설과 자막 등을 제공하지 않는 것은 ‘장애인차별’이라고 판단했습니다. 또 편의 제공을 300석 이상 상영관과 전체 상영 횟수의 3%로 제한한 서울고등법원의 판단에 문제가 있다고 명확히 지적했습니다.
