Working Day - Mon to Sat ( 8:00 - 5:00 )
Off Day - Sun , Public Holiday
Salary - 1200000 to 1500000 MMK
Other Benefit - Transportation Allowance + Phone Bill Provide
Job Description
• Managing end-to-end project execution
• Supervising site installation and daily progress
• Ensuring work follows approved drawings and SOP
• Coordinating with Design, QS, Procurement, and Site Teams
• Controlling material usage and minimizing wastage
• Ensuring quality, safety, and compliance
• Managing testing, commissioning, and final handover
• Submitting all required reports and documentation
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Power Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related engineering field
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in solar PV projects
Experience with Commercial & Industrial (C&I) or utility-scale projects is an advantage
Strong knowledge of Solar PV systems (Grid-tied, Off-grid, Hybrid)
Experience in system design, load calculation, and system sizing
Knowledge of Solar panels, inverters, batteries, and BOS components
Understanding of electrical protection systems
Proficient in AutoCAD for layout and as-built drawings
Experience with solar design software such as PVsyst, Helioscope, or SketchUp
Good command of MS Excel, Word, and Project for BOQ, costing, and reporting
