Visukara Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist (Male Only). Job Descriptions • Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure of the organization, including servers, networks, hardware and software. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide IT support to staff and clients. • Implement and update IT policies, procedures and security measures to ensure compliance and data protection. • Coordinate and oversee IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, backups and installations. • Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations. • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records. Job Requirements • Degree in Computer Science / Information technology or any graduate with IT diploma or relevant qualifications. • Over 3 years’ experience in IT related field with hands-on troubleshooting practice. • Demonstrated skills in using Azura Ad to create and manage online advertising campaigns. • Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 applications. • Must be able to serve in any location if necessary. • Proficient in computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel). Working hours - (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Working Days -Monday to Friday Off Day - Sat , Sun + Gazetted Holiday Salary - Up to 800,000 MMK + Transportation Allowance Location - No.(16), Parami Valley, Corner of Parami Street & Mindama Street, Hlaing Township.
