Salary - 1800000 ~ 2000000 + Transportation Allowance
Job Description
• Produce precise technical shop drawings according to design specifications.
• Prepare 3D & Rendering for the presentation with clients & other teams.
• Work closely with the General Manager to coordinate and conceptualize design intent for façade projects
• Provide direct reporting to the General Manager and engage in discussions regarding design concepts
• Collaborated closely with the site team to verify actual site conditions in alignment with shop drawing
Provide detailed working drawings and construction drawings for the Site Engineer.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare cutting lists to optimize the material usage.
• Prepare detailed fabrication drawings for manufacturing purposes.
• Arrange the material and production order to deliver them to the site on time
Requirements
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, or other design tools.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural designing
• Strong understanding of Architectural systems and layouts
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
