ICAO LPR LEVEL 4

In this picture, I can see the inside of an airport control tower. There are two air traffic controllers working together. One controller is looking through binoculars, while the other is monitoring the radar screens.
Outside the large windows, an airliner is on final approach with its landing gear down. It hasn't touched the runway yet. The weather appears to be clear with good visibility.
On the desk, I can see several radar displays, a telephone, a tablet, some papers, and a bottle of water. The controllers seem to be concentrating on the arriving aircraft
