សម្រាប់និស្សិតមួយក្រុម វិភាគទានច្បាប់បានបោះជំហានលើមាគ៌ានៃការបណ្តុះបណ្តាល អស់រយៈពេល១១ឆ្នាំមកហើយ ដែលបង្កើតឱ្យមានចលនានៃការចែករំលែក ចលនានៃការសិក្សានិងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរ និងការបង្កើតថ្មី។
៤០១៨ ថ្ងៃដែលវិភាគទានច្បាប់មិនត្រឹមជាកម្មវិធីចែករំលែកចំណេះដឹងតែប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែ ថែមទាំងជាសហគមន៍មួយនៃការប្រមូលផ្តុំអ្នកច្បាប់ ដើម្បីរៀនសូត្របន្ថែម និងរីកចម្រើនជាមួយគ្នា។ ពីមួយឆ្នាំទៅមួយឆ្នាំ វិភាគទានច្បាប់តែងតែអភិវឌ្ឍកម្មវិធីសិក្សារបស់ខ្លួន ឱ្យកាន់តែធំ លម្អិត និងច្បាស់លាស់ ក្នុងគោលដៅចែករំលែកចំណេះដឹងប្រកបដោយ
ប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងគុណភាព។
នៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៤ យើងបានរៀបចំគម្រោងសរសេរសៀវភៅនីតិសន្តតិកម្ម ដែលជាវណ្ណកម្មថ្មីក្នុងវិស័យច្បាប់ សម្បូរបែប និងប្រកបដោយភាពច្នៃប្រឌិត ហើយគម្រោងនេះ នៅមិនទាន់បានបញ្ចប់នៅឡើយទេ។
នៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៥ យើងបានរៀបចំការប្រកួតច្បាប់ដែលមិនធ្លាប់មាន គឺ «វេទិកាប្រកួតប្រជែងសមត្ថភាពស្ត្រីលើវិស័យច្បាប់ រដូវកាលទី២» ជាកម្មវិធីដែលលើកកម្ពស់ ជំរុញ និងលើកទឹកចិត្ត និស្សិតច្បាប់ជាស្ត្រី ឱ្យទទួលបាននូវភាពក្លាហាន សមត្ថភាព ការទទួលខុសត្រូវ និងសក្តានុពលក្នុងភាពជាស្ត្រី។
នៅឆ្នាំ២០២៦នេះ យើងនឹងរៀបចំកម្មវិធីមួយគឺ «វេទិកាបន្ទាន់សម័យកម្មវិធីសិក្សា» ដែលជា វេទិកាជជែកពិភាក្សា ផ្លាស់ប្តូរមតិយោល់ ព្រមទាំងសំណូមពរផ្សេងៗ ពីអ្នកចូលរួម ដើម្បីជាធាតុចូលក្នុងការបន្តអភិវឌ្ឍកម្មវិធីសិក្សារបស់វិភាគទានច្បាប់ ឱ្យកាន់តែប្រសើរឡើង ស្របនឹងទិសស្លោក «បន្ទាន់សម័យកម្មវិធីសិក្សា គុណវុឌ្ឍិអ្នកបណ្តុះបណ្តាល ជាចលករនៃការចែករំលែកដ៏មានសក្តានុពល»។
ថ្ងៃនេះ មិនមែនជាការរំលឹកត្រឹមតែ «១១ ឆ្នាំ» នៃការបង្កើតវិភាគទានច្បាប់តែប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ
ប៉ុន្តែវាជាការរំលឹកនូវពេលវេលា ១១ ឆ្នាំនៃការតស៊ូ ១១ ឆ្នាំនៃចក្ខុវិស័យ និង ១១ ឆ្នាំនៃការបង្កើតគុណតម្លៃសម្រាប់សង្គម។
សូមអរគុណចំពោះការជឿជាក់ ការគាំទ្រ និងការចូលរួមពីគ្រប់ភាគីទាំងអស់ ដែលបានធ្វើឱ្យដំណើរនេះក្លាយជាការពិត ហើយនឹងបន្តរួមដំណើរជាមួយវិភាគទានច្បាប់។

Starting from a small seminar to a group of students, Contribution of Law has embarked on a journey of training and capacity-building for 11 years, creating a movement of knowledge sharing, a movement of learning and exchange, and a spirit of innovation.
For 4,018 days, CL has not only been a knowledge-sharing program, but also a community that brings together legal professionals to learn and grow together. Year after year, CL has continuously developed its curriculum—making it broader, more detailed, and clearer—with the goal of delivering knowledge effectively and with high quality.
In 2024, we initiated a project to write a book on succession law—an innovative and diverse contribution to the legal field. This project is still ongoing.
In 2025, we organized an unprecedented legal competition: "Women Legal Contest– Season 2", a program aimed at empowering, motivating, and encouraging female law students to develop courage, competence, responsibility, and their full potential as women.
In 2026, we will organize a forum on "CL's Curriculum Modernization", a platform for discussion, exchange of ideas, and gathering feedback from participants. This will serve as valuable input for further improving CL’s curriculum, in line with our slogan: A Modernized Curriculum and Qualified Trainers: Driving the Utmost Potential of CL’s Knowledge-Sharing Mission.
Today is not merely a celebration of our 11th Anniversary, but a reflection on 11 years of perseverance, 11 years of vision, and 11 years of value creation for society.
We sincerely thank all partners and supporters for their trust, support, and participation in making this journey possible—and for continuing to move forward together with CL.
