What is new
It is new because:
1. New subjects have been included in several course, such as:
-Obligations: Claims for damages based on breach of contractual obligations, Sale-Purchasing Agreement, and Loan Agreement.
-Security Rights: Statutory Liens, Transfer as security, and Revolving Hypothec.
-Family relations: Full adoption and Simple adoption.
2. Improvements to teaching materials and teaching methods
-Students will receive one core document for each lesson.
-Students will receive instructors’ notes highlighting key points to study in advance.
-Students will receive additional hours for certain subjects through online sessions.
-The additional hours will be used for group discussions on topics assigned by instructors.
