BUSINESS ANALYST – BIM (BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING)
Location: Pune
Total Experience: 6–10 Years
Relevant Experience: 5–7 Years as a Business Analyst in Digital Transformation Programs
ROLE PURPOSE:
Drive business discovery by analysing client needs, documenting workflows and translating requirements into functional specifications for CCDE, APS applications and integrations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirement analysis
Document business requirements, process flows, user personas and journeys
Support workflow modelling across multiple systems
Maintain requirements traceability: Business → Information → Process → System
Support UAT and business acceptance
TOOLS:
ACC | Aconex | PMIS | SharePoint | Power BI
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Civil Engineering or MBA
PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS:
CBAP / PMI-PBA
Agile / Scrum BA Certifications
