📌 About the Company:
We are an international EdTech startup creating innovative learning solutions for the global market. Our team is fully distributed, and we're looking for a JTBD specialist from India to help us truly understand our learners and build products that make a real difference.
🔥 What You'll Do:
— Conduct in-depth user interviews with students, teachers, and administrators (English)
— Apply the JTBD framework to uncover learner needs, pains, and motivations
— Translate insights into clear product hypotheses and recommendations
— Build the research process from scratch
✅ Who We're Looking For:
— 1–4 years in UX/product research (qualitative focus)
— Hands-on experience with JTBD — a must
— Experience in EdTech or education sector is a big plus
— Excellent English (spoken and written)
— Proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
