HIRING FOR BUSINESS ANALYST DATA AND SUPPLY CHAIN

Work Mode: Hybrid, 4 Days Per Week Onsite

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst in Data and Supply Chain who can bridge Supply Chain business teams and Data Product and Engineering teams.
We are specifically looking for candidates with strong and sustained Supply Chain domain experience combined with Business Analysis and Data or Analytics exposure.
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Strong Supply Chain experience across Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Order Fulfillment, or Supplier Performance.
Hands-on Business Analyst experience including requirements gathering and documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping, business rules, KPI and metric definitions, UAT, data validation, stakeholder workshops, backlog refinement, and Agile or Scrum delivery.
Experience working on Supply Chain data products, analytics solutions, enterprise data platforms, or data transformation initiatives.
Ability to work closely with Supply Chain SMEs, Product Owners, Data Product Managers, Data Engineers, Architects, and QA teams.
Understanding of data quality, source-to-target mapping, data definitions, governance, lineage, and data validation.
Experience with SQL and or Power BI.
Exposure to modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, dbt, or similar technologies is preferred.
Experience delivering analytical solutions focused on inventory optimization, demand forecast accuracy, supplier performance, on-time delivery, logistics efficiency, or procurement performance.
