Department : Risk (Credit Risk)
Qualification : CA/MBA
Experience : 8 to 10 Years into Credit Risk (Porfolio/Quant)
(preferred immediate joiner/within 1 month)
Location : Mumbai
Key Skills & Competencies
1. Strong communication skills to present insights to diverse stakeholders
2. Good understanding of banking regulations, credit risk, and portfolio frameworks
3. Hands-on experience in credit risk analysis and risk measurement techniques
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
5. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint with data visualization skills
6. Exposure to analytical tools like Python, R, or Power BI etc
Job Responsibilities
· Lead monthly portfolio analysis for Corporate & Retail lending, presenting key risk insights and trends to senior management
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely data and deliverables
· Partner with Credit & Business teams on portfolio monitoring and policy changes
· Develop and track key risk metrics, concentration limits, and portfolio indicators
· Support policy review and updates aligned with risk appetite and regulatory guidelines
· Assist in RMC/CRMC and Board Risk Committee deliverables (decks, notes, queries)
· Track and ensure closure of committee action items with stakeholders
· Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and RBI regulations
