Role Overview
Alobha Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the IT services industry, excellent analytical skills and experience in managing client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze and document business and technical requirements.
Manage client requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Support pre-sales and post-sales activities for IT services.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, SRS and other project documentation.
Create flow diagrams and support SDLC activities.
Coordinate and support UAT activities.
Work closely with clients, stakeholders and technical teams.
Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams.
Identify business gaps and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirement Gathering and Analysis
Pre-Sales and Post-Sales for IT Services
BRD, FRD, SRS and Project Documentation
SDLC, Flow Diagrams and UAT
Stakeholder and Client Management
Strong Communication and Problem-Solving Skills
Candidate Requirements
4+ years of relevant experience in an IT services or service-based company.
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
MBA will be an added advantage.
Excellent documentation, presentation and organizational skills.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
