On August 22, Founder and CEO of the Russian Neiry Group, Alexander Panov, delivered a presentation “Neuroscience without Humanity: Changing the Trend” at the World Leaders Forum 2026, organised by “The Economic Times” in New Delhi.As part of the program the launch of the ĀDI Neuroscience Foundation in India was announced. The foundation will invest in scientific and engineering developments in neurotechnology, bringing together researchers and businesses from around the world to advance human creative, cognitive and communicative abilities.
The foundation was established by the investment bank SPEC Finance India. In the coming years, it will invest more than $100 crore in Indian neurotechnology startups, helping India become a hub for cutting-edge neurotechnology.
Alexander Panov was appointed Chief Adviser to the foundation.
