عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ [علَيْه السَّلامُ] يَقُولُ:
«إِنَّ الْعَمَلَ الدَّائِمَ الْقَلِيلَ عَلَى الْيَقِينِ أَفْضَلُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ مِنَ الْعَمَلِ الْكَثِيرِ عَلَى غَيْرِ يَقِينٍ».

Hisham ibn Sälim said: "I heard Abū 'Abdillah ('a.s.) saying:
'Continuous little deed based on certainty, is better in the sight of Allah than numerous deed based on other than certainty.' "
