Stop pricing your program by copying a competitor.
She priced a S$3,000 program off one stranger online.
One competitor doing something roughly similar was all she managed to find, so to her, that was the market.
More than 45 people showed up, 22 of them asked to speak with her one to one, and 8 of those calls were already sitting on her calendar.
She told me the offer was the best she could do at this stage, but that it wasn't a legitimate product.
Then she added, "at least that's what I'm telling myself."
If she'd wanted data, she would have kept looking until she had more than one number.
She stopped at one because one was enough to justify a price she had already decided she was allowed to ask for.
I told her pricing is always about value, and then I said, "I'm just trying to connect to your heart as well, rather than just your head."
Because the life she has already built is the exact thing her buyers are asking for, and somewhere along the way she stopped seeing it that way.
✅ When you can't say your price out loud, start with what you believe your work is worth.
👉 Before you name a price on your next call, let them tell you the outcome they actually want, in their own words.
Once they've named that outcome themselves, your number is just the answer to something they already told you.
