S$100 sessions to S$6,000 programs in 6 months.

I was charging S$100 a session when I paid a mentor S$30K.

That was back in 2020, and it was almost the last of my savings.

I know how that sounds.

I've never once regretted it.

I was scared when I made the payment.

It didn't feel like courage at all.

But the moment the money was gone, the math changed.

S$100 a session was never going to pay that back.

So I had to build something actually worth S$6K, and I had to do it soon instead of someday.

Six months later I was selling S$6K programs and I'd crossed six figures.

Left on my own, I would have worked most of it out eventually, but it would have taken me about five years.

That S$30K compressed those five years into six months.

I've put more than S$150K into mentors since then, and every single time I'm buying the same thing, the years I don't have to spend figuring it out alone.

I wouldn't call it the best decision I ever made, but it was the best decision I could have made at that point.
