ስለ ድንግልን ትንሣኤ በኩረ ፕሮቴስታንት የኾነው ማርቲን ሉተር እንዲኽ ይላል“ there can be no doubt that the Virgin Mary is in heaven, how it happened we do not know ፤ ጥርጥር ሊኖር አይችልም፡ ድንግል ማርያም በሰማይ ናት፡ እንዴት ኾነ? እኛ አናውቅም” ።
