នៅថ្ងៃទី១ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (ម.ជ.ម.) លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ ហ៊ឹប ណារិទ្ធិ វេស៍ ប្រធាន ម.ជ.ម. បានដឹកនាំសមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាប្រតិបត្តិ ម.ជ.ម. រួមមាន លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ Jay Bryan COHEN លោកស្រីមជ្ឈត្តករ ខេត ឈិន លោកស្រីមជ្ឈត្តករ សុីន គីមស៊ាន កញ្ញាម៉ាត់ ហ្វានីតា អគ្គលេខាធិការ ម.ជ.ម. និងក្រុមការងារអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន ម.ជ.ម. បានចូលជួបសម្តែងការគួរសម និងពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយឯកឧត្តម Igor Driesmans ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតសហភាពអឺរ៉ុបប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងក្រុមការងារ ព្រមទាំងមានការចូលរួមពីតំណាងសភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មអ៉ឺរ៉ុបប្រចាំកម្ពុជា (EuroCham)។
គណៈប្រតិភូនៃសហភាពអឺរ៉ុបប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា គឺជាបេសកកម្មការទូតរបស់សហភាពអឺរ៉ុប ដែលមានតួនាទីតំណាងឱ្យផលប្រយោជន៍ និងគោលនយោបាយរបស់សហភាពអឺរ៉ុបនៅកម្ពុជា និងមានតួនាទីពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាមួយរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា លើវិស័យនយោបាយ សេដ្ឋកិច្ច ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ការវិនិយោគ សិទ្ធិមនុស្ស នីតិរដ្ឋ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រកបដោយចីរភាព។
ជាមួយគ្នានេះផងដែរ ម.ជ.ម. ក្នុងនាមជាស្ថាប័នដោះស្រាយវិវាទពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការ (ADR) ដែលមិនស្វែងរកប្រាក់ចំណេញ និងឯករាជ្យ បានបង្ហាញពីបេសកកម្មរបស់ខ្លួនក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់យន្តការដោះស្រាយវិវាទពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការនៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ប្រកបដោយយុត្តិធម៌ ឯករាជ្យ តម្លាភាព និងប្រសិទ្ធភាព ដើម្បីធានាបរិយាកាសអំណោយផលសម្រាប់អាជីវកម្ម និងការដោះស្រាយវិវាទពាណិជ្ជកម្មប្រកបដោយយុត្តិធម៌។
នៅក្នុងកិច្ចពិភាក្សានេះផងដែរ ភាគីទាំងពីរបានពិភាក្សា និងផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធន៍គ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក ព្រមទាំងពិភាក្សាលើលទ្ធភាពក្នុងការធ្វើសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាមួយគ្នាលើការផ្សព្វផ្សាយ និងពង្រឹងការយល់ដឹងពីវិស័យមជ្ឈត្តការពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ជាពិសេសវិនិយោគិនរបស់សហភាពអឺរ៉ុបនៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។
ម.ជ.ម. ជឿជាក់ថា កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាមួយសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប (EU) នឹងរួមចំណែកយ៉ាងសំខាន់ដល់ការផ្សព្វផ្សាយអំពីមជ្ឈត្តការពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងនិរន្តរភាពនៃប្រតិបត្តិការនៃសកម្មភាពរបស់ ម.ជ.ម. និងការសម្រេចបាននូវបេសកកម្មរបស់ខ្លួន ក្នុងការផ្តល់នូវបរិយាកាសអំណោយផលសម្រាប់អាជីវកម្ម និងវិនិយោគិនបរទេស តាមរយៈការពង្រឹងយន្តការដោះស្រាយវិវាទពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការ ដែលមានភាពឯករាជ្យ យុត្តិធម៌ ប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងភាពមិនលំអៀងនៅកម្ពុជា។
ជាចុងបញ្ចប់ លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ ហ៊ឹប ណារិទ្ធិ វេស៍ ប្រធាន ម.ជ.ម. ក៏ថ្លែងអំណរគុណ និងធ្វើការកោតសរសើរយ៉ាងស្មោះស្ម័គ្រចំពោះ ឯកឧត្តមឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូត ដែលបានទទួលស្វាគមន៍គណៈប្រតិភូ ម.ជ.ម. ក្នុងជំនួបសម្តែងការគួរសមមួយនេះ ព្រមទាំងបានឆ្លៀតពេលវេលាដ៏មានតម្លៃ ដើម្បីជួបពិភាក្សាជាផ្លូវការជាមួយ ម.ជ.ម.។
ម.ជ.ម. ជឿជាក់យ៉ាងមុតមាំថា កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប និង ម.ជ.ម. នាពេលខាងមុខ នឹងក្លាយជាកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់ និងមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពក្នុងការសម្រេចនូវគោលដៅ និងគុណតម្លៃរួមរបស់ស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរ។

On 01 September 2026, the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC), led by Arbitrator HIB Nareth West, President of the NCAC, along with members of the NCAC Executive Board – Arbitrator Jay Bryan COHEN, Arbitrator Kate CHEN, Arbitrator SIN Kimsean, Ms. MATH Fanita, Secretary-General of the NCAC, and the NCAC Secretariat team, held a Courtesy Meeting with H.E. Mr. Igor Driesmans, Ambassador of the European Union to the Kingdom of Cambodia, his delegation, and a Representative of the European Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia (EuroCham).
The Delegation of the European Union to the Kingdom of Cambodia is a diplomatic mission of the European Union, representing the interests and policies of the European Union in Cambodia as well as responsible for strengthening cooperation with the Royal Government of Cambodia in the areas of politics, economy, trade, investment, development, human rights, the rule of law, and sustainable development.
On this occasion, NCAC, as a non-profit and independent commercial ADR institution, presented its mission to promote fair, independent, transparent, and efficient out-of-court commercial dispute resolution mechanisms in Cambodia, in order to ensure a favorable business environment and a fair settlement of commercial disputes.
During the discussion, both parties exchanged experiences with one another and explored possibilities of cooperation in promoting and raising awareness of commercial arbitration in Cambodia, particularly among European Union investors operating in the country.
NCAC believes that cooperation with the European Union (EU) will contribute significantly to raising awareness of commercial arbitration and to the sustainability of NCAC's operations and activities, as well as to the fulfilment of its mission of providing a favourable environment for businesses and foreign investors through the strengthening of fair, independent, efficient, and impartial out-of-court commercial dispute resolution mechanisms in Cambodia.
At the end of the meeting, Arbitrator HIB Nareth West, President of the NCAC, expressed his sincere thanks and deep appreciation to H.E. the EU Ambassador for welcoming the NCAC delegation, for hosting this courtesy meeting, and for taking valuable time to hold an official discussion with the NCAC.
NCAC firmly believes that future cooperation between the European Union and the NCAC will be a significant and effective partnership in achieving the shared goals and values of both institutions.
