The other day I was going home by subway when my train came to a halt at the penultimate station right before reaching my destination!Getting more and more on edge while waiting for any movement, I was on tenterhooks
, thinking I wouldn’t make it to my speed train on time. Later on, a subway employee instructed the passengers to disembark from the train, apologizing and explaining that the train couldn’t continue on its route.
Everyone was like “wtf”, “holy moly!”, “what happened?”
A minute later, the subway employee had a change of heart and we were told to reboard the train (what the heck?)
„What the heck“ turned out to be a false alarm about tunnel mine-laying.
I can’t even put into words how taken aback I was.
As the train finally pulled away, I couldn’t shake the thought that there was a slight possibility of explosion
