Dear Brothers and Sisters! 7 Dear friends, let us love oneanother… — Kaniisada Somalida — TG.ME

Dear Brothers and Sisters!
7 Dear friends, let us love oneanother, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. 8. Whoever does not love does not know God., because God is love.
The BILBE – 1. John 4:7.8;

The disciple whom Jesus loved also calls us to love one another, for love is the unmistakable sign of true, living faith. As members of the body of CHRIST, the body of the One who is love personified, it also becomes our heartfelt desire to love our fellow human beings.

9 This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world, so that we might live through him. 10 This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. (1 John 4:9.10) Out of love, GOD was willing to make great sacrifices. For 33 years, He renounced his divinity and lived and ministered among us in human form. Out of love, he even sacrificed his life to save us from all the lostness of sin and death. He loved us with His divine, selfless love even when we were His enemies, in order to make us lovable in the first place. Nowhere on earth, and in all of history, have people encountered a GOD as loving as JESUS. Therefore, once again! 11 Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. … 16 And we have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us: God is love. Whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him. (1 John 4:11.16)

Love is also a sign of living faith in another way. 18 There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love. (1 John 4:18) JESUS paid for the sins of the entire world with His sacrifice. The blood of GOD alone was sufficient to redeem all people from all their guilt. This also applies to the fullness of all our sins. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9) I repeat: …and purify us from all unrighteousness. In trusting in the WORDS of our GOOD SHEPHERD, our LORD JESUS CHRIST, GOD grants us the assurance of salvation. His peace then enters our hearts and dispels all fear of punishment and eternal damnation. Praise the LORD! This peace, too, is a fruit of the HOLY SPIRIT. He places His peace in our hearts when we follow His invitation. On my knees, I thank Him for it.

How is your peace of heart? Are you still tormented by fear of GOD's punishment, or can you sleep peacefully at night trusting in GOD's salvation?

Be blessed!
