About the Role
AppClick Technology, a registered web design company, is seeking a Virtual Assistant Instructor to train students with practical skills to work effectively as Virtual Assistants, secure clients, deliver quality services, and build sustainable careers in remote work and freelancing.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver practical, engaging training sessions on virtual assistance
* Teach email and calendar management
* Train students in document and data management
* Teach project management and workflow tools
* Train on research, CRM management, and collaboration tools
* Guide students in choosing VA specialisations
* Teach social media management, website management, and basic automation
* Teach service packaging, pricing strategies, and client acquisition
* Guide students in building professional portfolios
* Keep training content aligned with current industry tools and trends
* Evaluate student progress and provide mentorship
* Support students during hackathons, exhibitions, and project demonstrations
Requirements
* Strong knowledge in virtual assistance and remote work practices
* Email/calendar management, document/data management, project management tools
* Online research, CRM management, and cloud collaboration tools
* Website management, basic automation, and freelancing/client acquisition skills
* Service packaging, pricing, and client management knowledge
* Portfolio development and personal branding expertise
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Familiarity with AI-powered productivity/automation tools
* Social media management skills
