About the Role
Sellable Marketing is seeking a skilled UI/UX & Graphic Design Lead to own the full design lifecycle, from UX research and interface design to brand execution. The ideal candidate will create visually compelling, user-focused experiences designed to drive conversion, engagement, and brand trust.
Key Responsibilities
* Design intuitive, responsive, and conversion-focused interfaces for websites, apps, and digital platforms.
* Conduct user research, interviews, testing, and behavioural analysis.
* Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
* Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
* Create social media creatives, campaign graphics, banners, presentations, and motion elements when required.
* Maintain brand consistency and enforce visual standards across channels.
* Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
* Optimise designs for usability, accessibility, speed, and performance.
* Manage multiple projects, priorities, and delivery timelines effectively.
* Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
* 4–7 years of proven experience in UI/UX and Graphic Design.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and visual design excellence.
* Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
* Experience with design systems and component management.
* Strong understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, responsive design, and visual hierarchy.
* Experience working directly with development teams.
* Strong communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
* Ability to manage priorities and deliver consistently with minimal supervision.
* Relevant academic qualification or equivalent professional experience in design, creative, or digital-related fields.
