About the Role
Infinity Trust Mortgage Bank Plc (ITMB) is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to support HR operations, employee management, compliance, and organizational development initiatives.
Requirements
* First Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
* 4–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
* CIPM student membership or Associate-level qualification is an added advantage.
* Good knowledge of the Nigerian Labour Act, PENCOM, NHF, and PAYE regulations.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
* Excellent written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
