About the Role
We are seeking a strict, assertive, and highly disciplined Warehouse Manager/Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, staff performance, inventory control, and timely order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, direct, and maintain discipline among warehouse staff and supervisors.
* Oversee receiving, stock organization, order processing, and timely dispatch.
* Conduct stock audits, maintain accurate inventory levels, and minimize losses or damages.
* Enforce punctuality, safety, and operational standards across the warehouse.
* Supervise warehouse staff and subordinate supervisors to ensure efficient daily operations.
Requirements
* BA/BSc/HND or relevant qualification.
* 1–5 years of relevant experience.
* Proven experience managing warehouse staff and subordinate supervisors.
* Strong leadership and people-management skills.
* Strict, assertive, disciplined, and confident management style.
* Must reside within the Iyana Ipaja/Ayobo axis.
* Must be fully available Monday – Saturday.
