The two maps illustrate the changes made into a floor layout of a trade conference held in 2009 and 2010. Overall, the plans did not change significantly during the period, albeit the relocation of several facilities. The features that were introduced included the lounge area and another registration room, while a display area and a meeting room did not function in the later trade conference.
In 2009, the main entrance to the conference area was from the top left corner of the floor, while the side entrance was available from the other corner. Between these entrances was a registration room for attendees. Right opposite to the main entrance was a concert hall with seats inside, adjacent to which was meeting room with a stage and another seating facility. The display area was quite nearby to these facilities, occupying quite the center of the conference room. On the opposite side of the meeting room was an exhibition area, adjacent to a spacious balcony, lying along the right wing of the plan.
By contrast, there occurred several modifications to the plan in 2010. Although two entrances and a registration room at the top of the map remained intact, the relocation of the concert hall and the removal of meeting room made way to the extension of the exhibition area on the west of the conference room. The previous location of the exhibition room was converted into a concert hall, inside which there were seats and a stage. Above this new concert hall, a new registration room was added, and the balcony was enriched with a lounge area in 2010.
