The charts show the results of a questionnaire that asked visitors to the Parkway Hotel how they rated the hotel’s customer service. The same questionnaire was given to 100 guests in the years 2005 and 2010. The pie charts compare the results of a survey conducted at the Parkway Hotel about the hotel’s customer service in 2005 and 2010. Overall, the majority of guests to the hotel were satisfied with the hotel services in 2005, which later became even better with the guests rating the hotel with excellent and good marks. The improvements to customer service in the Parkway hotel led to happier customers, disappointing fewer visitors. Regarding the positive feedback, the visitors’ percentage rating the hotel as excellent was only 5%, while 14% of them considered it good. Both indications recorded significant upward trends, surging to 28% and 39%, respectively. Remarkably, the proportion of those who indicated the hotel as satisfactory, however, encountered an exponential decline from the initial 45% to 17% in 2010. For the positive note, the proportions of hotel guests who were upset by the hotel services became less throughout the period. Despite accounting for 21%, those who rated the hotel as poor decreased by 9% in 2010, finishing the period with 12%. Even more significant fall was recorded in the percentage of guests marking the services as very poor, by dipping from 15% in 2005 to 4% in 2010. #sample
