⚠️ NOTICE TO ALL PRIOR GRADUATES
📌 Subject: Rules and Regulations for the Collection and Authentication of Original Degree
All graduates are hereby advised to take note of the following rules and regulations:
1️⃣ Ensure that your Temporary Degree has been returned and properly filed as part of your academic record when receiving your Original Degree.
2️⃣ Graduates who have not yet collected their Temporary Degree for any reason are required to collect it and return it for filing as part of their academic record. Failure to do so will result in the student’s academic record being regarded as incomplete.
3️⃣ Complete the Final Institutional Clearance process to ensure the completeness of your academic record before collecting your Original Degree.
4️⃣ Upon request, graduates may apply for Degree Authentication as required by the Ministry of Education of Ethiopia and for further career development.
❗ Failure to comply with the above rules and regulations will result in an incomplete documentation process.
