Third Funding Round Is Complete. Fourth Stage StartsThe third DigiU funding round, which started on April 16, ended on August 31.
The final WebWisePay Snapshot was also taken at that time. Over the next 10 business days we will calculate each participant's share and credit 10 million WebWisePay shares based on the previously published mechanics.
Thank you to everyone who made it through this stage with us: investors, affiliates, national representatives, and product users.Investors gave the team both capital and agility. Holders of the first new cards ran payments across various countries, spotted limitations, and provided valuable feedback. Affiliates introduced DigiU to new audiences, shared insights into local markets, and helped us reach potential partners and clients.
Without this effort, the team would have had far less data, and many decisions would have taken much longer.
We're already seeing initial results in the development of our B2B segment as well.Following our posts on cross-border and mass payouts, DigiU participants shared their first 10 inquiries and contacts for potential corporate clients. The team is currently evaluating how well they match our target profile, and initial meetings are already being scheduled with some of these companies.

The fourth DigiU funding round starts today.In the next few days, we will release the DigiU Strategy & Investor Update – a special episode featuring the DigiU CEO.
In it, we'll summarize the results of the third stage and unveil the roadmap for the entire ecosystem for the fourth. We'll also discuss WebWisePay, OmyPayments, WebWise Capital, our work on proprietary fintech licenses, and other key priorities in detail.
We'll also announce the target funding amount to execute the roadmap.
During the third stage, some of our plans evolved into live products and infrastructure. We now have the initial data needed to build our next solutions.
Now we need to decide what to scale, what to build in-house, where to invest, and where partnerships will yield the best results.
