April 16 and August 29: Huge Difference The third funding round for… — DigiU — TG.ME

⌛️ April 16 and August 29: Huge Difference

The third funding round for DigiU kicked off on April 16, 2026. Back then, most of the WebWisePay plans were still just on the roadmap.

Today, the wallet and new virtual Visa cards are up and running, with real payments and transfers going through across multiple countries and users making repeat top-ups. The first batch of physical cards is also in the works.

WebWise Capital has signed a SAFE with OmyPayments, and work has started on the B2B vertical and payment infrastructure integration.

▶️ A special thanks to the participants testing the first WebWisePay cards. Many are trying out real-world use cases in different countries, identifying limitations, and sharing their feedback with the team.

This is how the global DigiU community becomes an integral part of the product's development: funding it, testing it in real-world conditions, and helping prepare it for launch across various markets.

And over the past few months, it hasn't just been about WebWisePay.

We've spent a lot of time explaining the core logic behind DigiU: why we don't need to build everything from scratch, why the ecosystem needs a venture capital portfolio, and how proprietary products, investments, and partnerships can amplify each other. The synergy between WebWisePay and OmyPayments is a clear, practical example of this.

Coming up next is a detailed breakdown of the WebWise Capital portfolio: over 30 tech projects in the fund where DigiU is the lead investor.

The legal reorganization of DigiU has also been ongoing: the new Offer Terms have been published, and the transition to a new legal structure with a BVI company has started. This work will continue into the fourth stage.

Back in April, there were more plans than actual results. Now, most of the roadmap has been implemented or is ready for launch. Plus, the terms of the third stage remain in effect until August 31.

💼 The stage wraps up on August 31.

The standard price of a DigiU share is currently $0.0036. At the fourth stage, it will be $0.004.

On the same day, the final Snapshot will take place, locking in eligibility for the distribution of 10 million WebWisePay shares according to the previously published mechanics.

Before the stage ends, you can still make your first commitment, increase your existing package via an upgrade while keeping your locked-in terms, or get your installment plan back on track.

Over the past few months, more than 220 participants have either reactivated their previously canceled installment plans and resumed payments, or increased their packages.

Until August 31, you can reactivate a canceled installment plan in your DigiU Account under the original terms. Once we move to the fourth stage, reactivation will still be available, but at the new share price.

Yesterday, we introduced the CEO of WebWisePay for the first time in DigiU Talks #1. If you want to understand where the team plans to take the product next, watch this conversation before the stage ends.
