Last Day of Current Funding RoundToday, August 31, the third DigiU funding round comes to an end, and the final WebWisePay Snapshot will take place.
Until the end of the day, the standard price for the third stage remains in effect – $0.0036 per DigiU share. In the fourth stage, the price will be $0.004.
Under the current model, 10 million WebWisePay shareswill be distributed among participants of the third stage.
The calculation takes into account all Snapshots from April 16 to August 31. It factors in not the nominal size of the package, but only the DigiU shares that have actually been paid for and credited.
What you can do today
Pay for a new package in full. The shares actually purchased are credited immediately and count toward the WebWisePay share distribution with a ×2 multiplier. Set up an installment plan. This locks in the price and terms of the third stage for the entire package. The final Snapshot will include the shares that have actually been paid for and credited, with a ×1 multiplier. Pay off your current installment plan in full. After the final payment, the remaining 70% of the package's shares and any applicable bonuses will be credited. The shares actually purchased under the fully paid-off installment plan are counted with a ×1.5 multiplier. Upgrade your current package. An upgrade preserves your previously locked-in terms. Shares paid for during the third funding round are counted with a ×2 multiplier.Today is the last day to lock in the terms of the third stage and increase your weight in the final calculation of 10 million WebWisePay shares – with a multiplier of up to ×2.
Don't leave your payment until the last few hours: the transaction must be processed, and the corresponding shares must be credited to your DigiU Account before the Snapshot.
