2. Linera Suspends Operations Due to Funding Shortage
Layer 1 blockchain project Linera announced that it is suspending operations due to a lack of funds. Linera raised approximately $900,000 through a token sale via Sonar, but failed to meet its minimum target amount and issued a full refund; subsequent emergency fundraising also failed.
