Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities·
Manage projects from development to completion.·
Research, plan, and design building projects for clients along with other Architects.·
Prepare designs, renders, drawings and other necessary documentation.·
Establish and program layouts of projects.·
Coordinate with other Engineers on Designs.· Adjust designs and make corrections if needed.
Qualifications·
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.·
1-2 years of prior experience REQUIRED as an Architect in an Office.
Required Skills·
Strong knowledge of design software programs (AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion/D5 are mandatory).·
Knowledge of construction processes and operations.
