➡JOB REQUIREMENT :
⚠1. More than 2 years of experience in office network maintenance and operation or office IT technical services, with certain equipment installation, debugging, and troubleshooting capabilities;
⚠2. Familiar with basic network knowledge, Cisco network products, common office network and desktop maintenance failures and solutions;
⚠3. Candidates with CCNA and above certification and experience in office desktop maintenance are preferred;
➡JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
⚠1. Responsible for the installation and maintenance of the company's daily office network, systems, and software;
⚠2. Responsible for 24-hour operation and maintenance monitoring of internal network equipment in the office area, timely response and troubleshooting;
⚠3. Responsible for desktop maintenance, handling daily desktop computer failures and authority management;
⚠4. Assist in the selection and installation of office network equipment and other related operation and maintenance work;
⚠5. Complete the preparation of technical documents for office network installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
