Bitcoin’s 24% rally has pushed key market signals back into bull-market territory. CryptoQuant’s Bull Score jumped from 30 to 80 in one week, with 8 out of 10 indicators now flashing bullish.
But the market still needs confirmation. The level to watch is around $83K.
— BTC briefly climbed above $80K during the rally.
— CryptoQuant says this may be the initial phase of a new bull market.
— Spot demand is accelerating.
— Spot and futures demand are growing together for the first time since early October 2025.
— A weekly close above the 365-day moving average near $83K would confirm the shift more clearly.
— LMAX also points to the May high around $82.8K as the next key level.
— Break that zone, and the market can start aiming at $100K again.
— Fail there, and this may turn into another overheated rally.
The warning sign is profit-taking. Trader unrealized profits are already at 20.5%, the highest since June. Short-term whale holders realized about $1.2B in profits between Aug. 20 and Aug. 22, while exchange inflows jumped to 53,000 BTC.
Bottom line: Bitcoin finally has bull-market signals again, but the easy part of the rally may already be done. $83K decides whether this becomes a real trend shift or just another brutal fake-out after a strong green week.
