Bunda tijorat banklari mehmonxona qurish va rekonstruksiya qilish uchun 2-yillik imtiyozli davr bilan 10-yilgacha muddatga milliy valyutada yillik 16 foizli kreditlar ajratadi. Xorijiy valyutada ham kreditlar ajratiladi, bunda SOFR, EURIBOR yoki SHIBOR stavkalaridan oshgan foiz xarajatlarini "Tadbirkorlikni rivojlantirish kompaniyasi" AJ qoplaydi.

Independence day gift for entrepreneurs: new benefits introduced in the tourism sector
Recently, during the 6th Open Dialogue of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan with entrepreneurs, a number of benefits were announced for entrepreneurs operating in the tourism sector. These measures have been reflected in Presidential Decree No. DP-175, signed on August 27, 2026.
Under the document, commercial banks will provide loans in national currency for the construction and reconstruction of hotels for up to 10 years, with a grace period of up to 2 years, at an annual interest rate of 16 percent. Loans in foreign currency will also be available. At the same time, the interest expenses exceeding the SOFR, EURIBOR, or SHIBOR rates will be covered by the Entrepreneurship Development Company JSC.
To support the development of tourism infrastructure, the deadline for providing subsidies for the construction of three-, four-, and five-star hotels has been extended until January 1, 2029. In addition, when confirming a hotel’s star classification for the purpose of receiving a subsidy, an assessment by a foreign company is no longer required. For reference, over the past three years, 32 hotels that received star classifications have been built in the country, with more than UZS 156 billion paid to them in government subsidies.

Подарок предпринимателям ко Дню независимости: в сфере туризма введён ряд новых льгот
Недавно в ходе VI открытого диалога Президента Республики Узбекистан с предпринимателями был объявлен ряд льгот для предпринимателей, работающих в сфере туризма. Эти меры нашли своё отражение в Указе Президента № УП-175, подписанном 27 августа 2026 года.
В соответствии с документом коммерческие банки будут предоставлять кредиты в национальной валюте на строительство и реконструкцию гостиниц сроком до 10 лет, с льготным периодом до 2 лет, по ставке 16 процентов годовых. Также предусмотрено предоставление кредитов в иностранной валюте. При этом расходы по процентам, превышающим ставки SOFR, EURIBOR или SHIBOR, будет покрывать АО «Компания по развитию предпринимательства».
В целях развития туристической инфраструктуры срок предоставления субсидий на строительство трёх-, четырёх- и пятизвёздочных гостиниц продлён до 1 января 2029 года. Кроме того, при подтверждении категории для получения субсидии на гостиницы со звёздной классификацией заключение иностранной компании больше не требуется. Для справки: за последние три года в стране было построено 32 гостиницы, получившие звёздную категорию, которым из государственного бюджета в качестве субсидий было выплачено более 156 млрд сумов.
