Woltman Sign in Hypothyroidism, delayed "slow"relaxation phase of ankle reflex . it is not typically hyporeflexia
While not sensitive enough to be a primary screening tool over blood tests, it is a valuable, specific indicator for overt hypothyroid patients, often resolving with treatment
"sensitivity is about 60-70% , then at least 1/3 will be missed
- it is not pathognomonic, as "hung-up" reflexes can occur in euthyroid elderly patients, patients with diabetes mellitus, anorexia nervosa, or even in patients on BB

It is unlikely to be present in mild subclinical hypothyroidism
