Dyspnic , with decrease in GCS
O2 saturation:90_92%
Chest auscultation : widespread expiratory crackles
لاحظوا CT كلها consolidations بسبب aspiration ، وحتى ب x ray كان واضح
Treatment is supportive
O2 saturation should be>92%
If there is signs of pulmonary edema like in this patient: use non rebreather mask
Treat hypothermia if T:<32C
If shocked: IV fluid
If cardiac arrest: start ACLS
Drowning in swage is an indication for prophylactic antibiotics.
