Хоть я и довольно часто проявляю характеристики, которые обычно присущи экстравертам, я все-таки махровый интроверт. Общение с людьми чаще всего забирает у меня довольно много энергии, и большая часть ее уходит на постоянный анализ того, что происходит вокруг, и насколько корректно я реагирую на разные стимулы. Поэтому для меня пост – вообще золото, надеюсь, и вам понравится.
Несколько любимых правил из поста:
In most situations, you driving the conversation will lead to the best outcomes. (Note that driving the conversation does not necessarily mean it will be evident to others, or that you will be talking a lot.)
Figure out what someone is passionate about and keep mashing that button with deeper and deeper questions and excited curiosity.
In groups, early on, make jokes only at your own expense, not at the expense of others, until a humor dynamic is established.
