About the Role
A reputable manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee production operations and ensure efficient, safe, and quality-driven manufacturing processes, particularly in bottled water and carbonated soft drink (CSD) production.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the entire bottled water production line and daily manufacturing operations.
* Plan and organise production according to established schedules and targets.
* Ensure production processes meet quality and operational standards.
* Monitor production workflows and optimise efficiency.
* Coordinate production activities to minimise downtime and waste.
* Ensure compliance with established production and quality requirements.
Requirements
* BA/B.Sc./HND in a relevant field.
* 3–10 years of relevant production or manufacturing experience.
* Proven experience in bottled water and CSD production processes.
* Ability to independently manage a complete bottled water production line.
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing workflows and production standards.
* Good leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
