About the Role
President Paints Nigeria Limited is seeking a customer-focused and organised Customer Care Officer to manage customer enquiries, orders, complaints, feedback, and customer records while supporting smooth communication between customers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and information.
* Receive customer orders and prepare sales orders accordingly.
* Handle and document customer complaints and enquiries.
* Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure satisfaction.
* Open and manage accounts for new walk-in customers.
* Collate customer orders and identify available and unavailable items.
* Track pending sales orders and submit daily records to the Audit Department.
* Prepare weekly sales reports.
* Forward unavailable customer orders to the Operations Department for follow-up.
Requirements
* HND or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar customer care role.
* Proficiency in word-processing software.
* Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
* Ability to maintain accurate records and handle customer complaints professionally.
