Work Mode: Field-based
Experience: Previous field sales experience required
Salary: ₦120,000 total monthly
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 11am – 5pm
About the Role
Cirolo Limited, the company behind Locator.ng Nigeria's go-to platform for locating shops and businesses is hiring a Female Sales Agent to register businesses on the platform, going shop to shop across Egbeda and Ikeja.
Key Responsibilities
* Go from shop to shop to register businesses
* Meet the minimum sales target of 20 registrations per month
* Manage leads and follow up with business owners
* Fill the Sales Feedback Form
* Attend online meetings and collaborate with team members
Requirements
* Must be female
* Must have a good smartphone
* Must know how to approach random business owners
* Must have previous field sales experience
* Must reside close to Egbeda/Computer Village Ikeja (under 30 minutes' commute)
Benefits
* ₦60,000 monthly stipend
* ₦2,000 daily stipend (₦40,000 monthly total)
* ₦1,000–₦1,500 daily commission per registration (min. ₦20,000 monthly)
* Extra pay for exceeding minimum target
* Quarterly performance bonus
* Opportunity to become a Regional Sales Manager after a year of strong performance
