🚨 HIRING: Project Coordinator

About the Role
CENSCOPE is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to lead the day-to-day implementation of a donor-funded project across seven LGAs in Borno State. The successful candidate will coordinate field operations, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and project delivery while supporting the Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate project activities and ensure timely implementation across the seven target LGAs.
* Manage field operations, logistics, scheduling, and support for Project Officers and field teams.
* Consolidate activity reports, monitoring data, and donor reporting inputs.
* Prepare progress reports and track project deliverables against approved workplans and logframes.
* Engage government agencies, community stakeholders, and coalition partners.
* Support budget-aligned planning and project execution.
* Ensure compliance with safeguarding, data protection, donor requirements, and organizational policies.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Development Studies, Education, Project Management, Social Sciences, or a related field (Master's Degree is an advantage).
* Minimum of 4 years' experience coordinating donor-funded projects, preferably in Northeast Nigeria.
* Strong project coordination, field management, and report-writing skills.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Fluency in English; knowledge of Hausa and/or Kanuri is strongly preferred.
* Experience in girls' education, gender programming, advocacy, or policy-related projects is an advantage.
* Familiarity with logframes, MEAL frameworks, and donor compliance requirements.
