Dispatch Officer – Pinnacle Oil & Gas Ltd
Location: Warri, Delta
Job Description
1. Oversee the dispatch of all loaded trucks, ensuring schedules are met and all loaded trucks are dispatched and deliver in a timely manner, meeting customer's expected delivery time.
2. Issue loading Ticket to trucks due for loading and waybills, and other dispatch documents accurately to loaded trucks.
3. Prepare daily truck-out and dispatch reports for management and stakeholders.
4. Maintain accurate stock records, reconcile daily product movements, and align with ERP or depot systems and stock officers.
5. Ensure all dispatch activities follow operational controls, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Job Requirements
- Bsc / HND degree
- Team player
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to pay attention to details
- Computer literate
