Migration is always difficult. A sudden change of rules and context can destabilize an already vulnerable position of a person forced to leave their home. And it is precisely in such circumstances that people often need especially sensitive and delicate support.
Within the framework of the Federico Art Lab project, we offer everyone unique opportunities for self-expression and for finding like-minded individuals.
In the lab, we aim to bring together creative individuals by applying art-therapy methods, working with literary texts, and using theatre exercises. All of this helps to unlock each person’s potential — a personality within whom there is their own pain, shaped by negative experiences, memories, and anxiety.
By acknowledging this part of ourselves, we become stronger and are able to share our light with those around us — with the world.

Міграція — це завжди складно. Різка зміна правил і контексту може похитнути й без того вразливе становище людини, яка змушена залишити свій дім. Саме в таких умовах люди часто потребують особливо делікатної підтримки.
У межах проєкту Federico Art Lab ми пропонуємо кожному особливі способи самовираження та пошуку однодумців.
У лабораторії ми прагнемо об’єднувати творчих особистостей, застосовуючи арттерапевтичні методики, працюючи з літературним текстом і театральними вправами. Усе це допомагає розкрити потенціал кожної людини — особистості, всередині якої живе власний біль, сформований негативним досвідом, переживаннями та тривогами.
Звертаючи увагу на цю частину себе, ми стаємо сильнішими й ділимося своїм світлом з людьми навколо — зі світом.
