فَقرِي لمَعروفكَ المَعروفِ يُغنِيني
يا مَن أُرجّيهِ والتّقصيرُ يُرجينِي
إن أوثَقَتني الخَطَايا عَن مدَىٰ شرَفٍ
نجا بإدراكِهِ النّاجونَ مِن دونِي
أو غَضّ مِن أمَلِي ما ساءَ مِن عمَلِي
فإنّ لي حُسنَ ظنّ فيكَ يكفينِي
