ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ចន ណារិទ្ធ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងជាអគ្គលេខាធិការក្រុមប្រឹក្សាជាតិគាំពារសង្គម បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតី បើកសិក្ខាសាលាពិគ្រោះយោបល់ ស្តីពី «សេចក្តីព្រាងក្របខណ្ឌអន្តរប្រតិបត្តិការ និងនិម្មាបនកម្មឌីជីថលក្នុងប្រព័ន្ធគាំពារសង្គម» និង «សេចក្តីព្រាងគោលការណ៍ណែនាំ ស្តីពីការការពារទិន្នន័យក្នុងប្រព័ន្ធគាំពារសង្គម» ដែលត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្រោមកិច្ចសហការរវាងលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន អ.ប.ប., អង្គការ UNICEF ប្រចាំប្រទេសកម្ពុជា, និងទីភ្នាក់ងារគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមបង្រួបបង្រួមឌីជីថល (Digital Convergence Initiative) ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី តំណាងក្រសួង ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ ប្រតិបត្តិករគាំពារសង្គម និងដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍។
សិក្ខាសាលានេះមានគោលបំណងពិភាក្សា, ផ្លាស់ប្ដូរយោបល់, និងប្រមូលធាតុចូល សំដៅធ្វើឱ្យ ការរៀបចំឯកសារទាំងពីរ កាន់តែមានភាពគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយ និងឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងតម្រូវការជាក់ស្តែងនៃការអនុវត្ត។ គួរបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា ការជំរុញអន្តរប្រតិបត្តិការ និងការការពារទិន្នន័យក្នុងប្រព័ន្ធគាំពារសង្គម ជាការងារអាទិភាពស្របតាមការកំណត់របស់ផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថលក្នុងប្រព័ន្ធគាំពារសង្គម ឆ្នាំ២០២៤-២០២៨ ដែលនឹងចូលរួមពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហការ និងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរទិន្នន័យរវាងក្រសួង ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ ខណៈធានាបាននូវការការពារទិន្នន័យបុគ្គលពេញមួយវដ្ដជីវិត ដោយផ្អែកតាមឧត្តមានុវត្តន៍អន្តរជាតិ ព្រមទាំងច្បាប់ និងបទប្បញ្ញត្តិជាធរមាន។
Consultation Workshop on the "Draft Interoperability and Digital Architecture Framework for Social Protection System" and the "Draft Data Protection Guidelines for Social Protection System"

H.E. Dr. CHAN Narith, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and Secretary-General of the National Social Protection Council, presided over the opening of the Consultation Workshop on the "Draft Interoperability and Digital Architecture Framework for Social Protection System" and the "Draft Data Protection Guidelines for Social Protection System." The workshop was jointly organized by the DigitalSP Secretariat, UNICEF Cambodia, and the Digital Convergence Initiative, with the participation of representatives from relevant line ministries, social protection operators, and development partners.
The workshop aimed to facilitate discussions, exchange perspectives, and gather key inputs to refine both draft documents, ensuring they are comprehensive and aligned with operational needs. It should be noted that promoting interoperability and data protection within the social protection system are key priorities as outlined in the Digital Transformation in Social Protection Strategic Plan 2024-2028. These efforts will strengthen inter-institutional collaboration and data exchange while ensuring the protection of personal data across the data lifecycle, in accordance with international best practices and applicable laws and regulations.
