1. Both sides undertake to provide each other with immediate and unconditional assistance in the event of a defensive war or external aggression, regardless of the form of such aggression.
2. Any disputes between the sides will be resolved exclusively by peaceful means, through negotiations and diplomatic channels.
3. If one side initiates an offensive operation, the other side may voluntarily join it; however, in the event of an attack on an ally, the other side is obligated to provide defensive measures. Offensive action plans must be agreed upon in advance.
4. Both sides undertake to exchange any information that may be relevant to the security or interests of their partner.
5. This agreement shall enter into force upon signature and shall to 6 months. With the possibility of extension, with the consent of the bloc's leaders.
