Peace Agreement between the Helios Union and the Trade Federation1. The parties conclude peace and cease all hostilities, certify that all disputes and conflicts are resolved, and undertake not to participate in any direct or indirect aggressive actions against each other, whether assisted by or through third parties, mercenaries, or other individuals and organizations.
2. The states of the Trade Federation renounce claims and cede the following regions to the Helios Union for internal distribution: Saint Petersburg, Ingermanland, Karelia, Kola (Murmansk), Don (Rostov), Karachay-Cherkessia, Kabardino-Balkaria, North Ossetia, Chechnya, Nursultan and Akmola Oblast, and the Moon Region 27.
3. The territories of Kursk, Belgorod, and Bryansk, purchased by RKM WA "Kiyko", are transferred to the administration of Greater Prussia.
4. Helios receives the right to purchase regions of the Russian Confederation south of Volgograd at a special price, but priority shall be given to destroyed regions.
5. Helios receives the right to purchase one third of the budget of the Russian Confederation as of the signing of this agreement at a price 25% below the market price at the time of the purchase.
6. The said purchase rights are valid for two months after the signing of this agreement, during which the Trade Federation may not transfer or sell the said regions or resources to any other party.
7. All other regions captured from the Russian Confederation, not specified in this agreement but under the direct control of the Helios Union at the time of signing, may be looted one more time, after which they shall be returned to the Russian Confederation.
8. The Trade Federation shall pay 500T in reparations to Helios with the following internal allocation of obligations:
— Sextus Flavius Corleonis — 200T
— Altai Confederation — 200T
— Russian Confederation — 100T
9. Upon the dissolution of the Trade Federation or the separate withdrawal of any of its members from the union, all obligations of this agreement remain with all states, as well as any related organizations and forms of government that were members of the Trade Federation at the time of signing this agreement.
10. This agreement remains in force until November 15, 2026.
