------- Obligations

1. The parties undertake to respect each other's sovereignty and territorial integrity within recognized borders.

2. The parties undertake to resolve all conflicts peacefully and through diplomatic channels via their official representatives.

3. The parties undertake to refrain from causing any harm or damage through aggression against the other party, or supporting the occupation of the other party's territory, as well as any other negative direct or indirect military, economic, and diplomatic actions, whether independently or involving third parties.

4. In view of its alliance obligations to Helios, the Greater Prussian Monarchy will be compelled to launch an offensive against the Free Confederation if the Helios military command so decides and Prussia is the only state capable of doing so; in other cases, Helios has been notified of the essence of this agreement. Military coercion of the Free Confederation to peace is possible only when all other means have been exhausted. In peacetime, Prussia undertakes to protect the interests of this agreement before the Helios command, and the Free Confederation may request assistance in diplomatic processes with Helios or any of its members.

5. The parties undertake to respect each other and not to allow, and if failing to prevent, then not to support and to condemn any insults against the other party, except for personal conflicts between individual residents, provided such conflicts do not affect relations between the parties.

--------- Rights

6. By mutual consent, the parties may provide each other with support in defensive or offensive battles.

7. The parties may establish special favorable trade and economic conditions.

---------

8. This agreement enters into force upon signing and is concluded for a period of six months. Early denunciation of this agreement is possible only with the mutual consent of the parties.
