The treaty between the Greater Prussian Monarchy and the Russian Armies in Mariehamn

1. The Greater Prussian Monarchy and the Russian Armies conclude a perpetual peace, agreeing that no conflicts shall arise in their relations, and that all problems and issues shall be resolved through negotiations.

2. The Russian Armies undertake to eliminate any negative influence and aggression against the Greater Prussian Monarchy. The Russian Armies recognize the Monarchy's territorial claims to Ingermanland and St. Petersburg.

3. The Greater Prussian Monarchy reserves for the Russian Armies the right to influence the politics and state structure of the states of European Russia, the Urals, Siberia, and the Far East that are not in an allied relationship with the Monarchy. The Monarchy must coordinate with the Russian Armies the establishment of such relationships with states in the aforementioned territories; otherwise, it shall receive a reasoned refusal. This clause does not apply to states that do not consider their core to belong to the said territories.

4. The Greater Prussian Monarchy undertakes to eliminate any negative influence and aggression against the Russian Armies, unless the Monarchy has information about the necessity of a preemptive strike or special operation to suppress illegal actions. The Greater Prussian Monarchy undertakes to follow its alliance obligations concluded before and after this treaty, taking precedence over this treaty.

5. The Greater Prussian Monarchy undertakes to assist the Russian Armies in the international arena and, whenever possible and as a matter of priority, to resolve conflicts in their favor within the zones specified in this agreement and in relations with its own allies, to avoid planning aggression against them, and by other means to preserve the peace of Russia, including through volunteers or necessary interventions.

6. This treaty applies to all combat formations of the parties. In the event that any such formation separates from the Monarchy or the Armies, the other party is obliged to assist in suppressing aggression against a party to this treaty.
